The cream maturation tanks are cylindrical vessels with an inclined flat bottom, inside of which are mounted paddle agitators, driven into rotation by means of worm gear motors installed under the bottom of the container. The containers are equipped with a control panel. At the request of the customer, a frame agitator can be installed, which allows the container to be used in the confectionery industry. The overall dimensions and volume of the container can be changed at the request of the customer.
